What Makes Our Solutions Unique?

Efficient Reactor Structure

  Double-barrel Structure: The Biochar machine’s main furnace adopts a double-barrel heating design. The inner layer is used to deeply dry the raw materials; the Outer layer completes the complete pyrolysis of the raw materials. This design improves the thermal efficiency of operation.

  Three-point Support Structure: The biochar reactor design, a three-point support structure, makes it more stable during rotation and can effectively prevent deviation or vibration. This not only achieves uniform heating but also extends the service life of the equipment.

 

Safety Guarantee Designs

  Dynamic Sealing Design: The inlet and outlet of the equipment are sealed with multiple combinations of materials such as graphite blocks, sealing cloth, and fish scales. This design ensures that the equipment maintains dynamic airtightness during operation.

  Two-way Explosion-proof System: An Explosion-proof hole at the equipment’s tail end can release excessive reaction pressure to prevent equipment damage or safety accidents. An explosion-proof water seal prevents abnormal gas from backflowing into the equipment

 

Highly Automated Operation Mode

 PLC Control: It integrates a PLC control system and variable frequency fans. Therefore, the operator can achieve centralized and precise control of all key parameters, including temperature, pressure, air volume, and other parameters.

  IoT Monitoring: The equipment realizes intelligent operation through IoT technology. It allows the operator to remotely monitor the operating status of the carbonization furnace in real time. If there is a malfunction in the operation, the operator can make timely adjustments.

 

Strict Emission Control

  Multi-stage Dust Removal: The equipment adopts a multi-stage cyclone dust removal device in the dryer, feed port, and connecting pipe. It effectively captures and removes dust particles generated during operation. This ensures a clean operation site.

  High-end Exhaust Gas Treatment: Exhaust gas generated during the biochar production process is treated with multi-stage processes such as dust removal, adsorption, and desulfurization. It ensures gas from biochar-making machines meets strict EU emission standards.
